Audi Australia has introduced two fixed price servicing options for owners of older Audi vehicles to ensure that they too can enjoy the peace-of-mind of genuine Audi servicing. Owners of Audi vehicles eight years and older can now choose between the Audi Essential Service at $399 and the Audi Essential Service Plus option at $499 to ensure that their vehicle receives the attention of Audi-trained technicians and the use of Audi genuine parts in their maintenance.
Both options include Genuine Audi engine oil and oil filter replacements, logbook stamp, service interval reset and a comprehensive report on the vehicle highlighting any other recommended work that should be undertaken. In addition, customers receive a 20 percent discount on any additional Audi genuine parts required.
Over and above this, those customers opting for Audi Essential Service Plus also have their dust and pollen filter replaced and receive 12 months of Audi’s roadside assistance service as part of the program.
“These capped price service options recognise the fact that our owners are passionate about their Audis and want to maintain them to the highest standard with Audi-trained technicians using Audi genuine parts,” says Jerome Figuiere, Audi Australia’s Aftersales Director.
“These fixed price options provide clarity to our loyal owners and the addition of 12 months Audi roadside assistance as part of Audi Essential Service Plus provides an extra level of assurance against the unexpected.”
All Audi vehicles of eight years and older are eligible for the Essential Service and Essential Service Plus regardless of whether they are A, Q, TT, S or RS models.
The ‘Essential’ offering dovetails with the current five-year warranty and complimentary five-year Audi roadside assist on new Audi vehicles. New vehicle customers can also purchase two-year programs back-to-back at the time of purchase, or at a later date up to 8 years old, to extend the current manufacturer warranty beyond the current five-year period.
“It is part of our commitment to the customer for the life of their Audi and enhancing the complete Audi ownership experience," says Mr Figuiere.
