A wealth of experiences

Not every Audi Experience takes place behind the wheel.

The Audi Experience program adds a whole new dimension to Audi ownership.

3 March, 2021

It’s all part of the Audi ethos that ownership is a lifestyle, an holistic experience

It could be taking in a movie under the stars by the world’s most beautiful harbour, brushing up on the finer points of Interior Styling with Darren Palmer, or learning to surf with seven-time world surfing champion, Steph Gilmore. Perhaps you hanker to master the intricacies of French cooking from none other than Guillaume Brahimi or you have a passion for a night at the Australia Ballet.

What all of these apparently disparate things have in common is the fact that they are all part of the Audi Experience, an exclusive service that is available to Audi owners and forms a part of the overarching Audi ownership experience.

It’s all part of the Audi ethos that ownership is a lifestyle, an holistic experience that starts with the purchase of your new Audi and extends to the sorts of activities that our customers have shown are of interest to them.

There are all manner of experiences and events designed to enhance the very lifestyle of an Audi owner. Audi Australia has now extended the program to not only be available to customers for the duration of their new vehicle warranty, but to continue each year that they have their Audi serviced by the expert technicians at an Audi Service Centre.

Membership costs nothing and is simply a matter for eligible Audi owners* to sign up using their myAudi Australia account to open up a world of possibilities. Events are as diverse and individual as our owners, be they food and wine oriented, the arts, sport, travel or any number of other areas, all carefully selected or specifically created to delight Audi owners, no matter what their interests.

“At Audi, our focus has always been on our customers and we strive to ensure all aspects of Audi ownership are memorable and tailored to our customers interests,” says Nikki Warburton, Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at Audi Australia.

“The Audi experience has long offered an impressive range of exclusive and often unique experiences for our owners, and now with the extension of the program to customers continuing to service with Audi, we’re offering this service to even more Audi customers.”

Certainly, Audi Experience has enjoyed tremendous success and offered a wealth of programs and events to members since its inception. It draws on the expertise of the diverse group of Audi Australia ambassadors, all acknowledged experts in their respective fields and giving members exclusive access to them through specially designed events.

Audi owners have enjoyed a wealth of experiences, exclusive premieres and sporting events, as well as having access to special member offers from premium partners

In addition to creating programs for members, Audi Experience identifies national events of interest and gives members the opportunity of special offers, reserved seating or curated packages not otherwise available to the public.

To that end, Audi owners have enjoyed gourmet dining experiences, learned the finer points of design, hit the ski slopes and enjoyed exclusive premieres and sporting events, as well as having access to special member offers from premium partners.

Even during the height of COVID-19 last year where restrictions meant that face-to-face interaction was seriously curtailed, Audi Experience worked on new ‘safe’ ways to not only stay in touch with Audi customers but also continue to provide special services. This resulted in the birth of the virtual Audi Experience, where participants were connected live online with experts in any number of fields for engaging, entertaining virtual events from the comfort of their own homes. These virtual events proved so successful and popular with Audi Experience members that even as the COVID-19 restrictions start to ease, many have been retained and new ones created in addition to the reintroduction of ‘in person’ events.

And there is certainly no shortage of enthralling in person events on offer as 2021 gets into full swing, with special access to the Westpac OpenAir cinema at Lady Macquarie’s Chair, where members can enjoy new release films and timeless classics under the stars with exclusive access to the Audi lounge. Or those with a passion for the surf might want to pack their wetsuit and start thinking about a trip to beautiful Cabarita Beach for an unforgettable surfing lesson with Stephanie Gilmore. While the aforementioned Australian ballet is an experience not to be missed. – particularly when accompanied by dinner.

Virtual experiences continue with everything from a candle making masterclass, to virtual Vermouth tasting with Regal Rogue and Audi Australia ambassador, Richard Roxburgh.

New programs and offers are added regularly and members can stay up-to-date with what’s new through Audi Experience website, even indicating their area of interest and the type of experiences that would like to be notified about in the future.

It’s an extensive program that literally adds another dimension to the ownership experience and the perfect accompaniment to the Audi lifestyle. After all, not every memorable Audi experience needs to take place behind the wheel.
