Audi recognised in J.D. Power 2019 Customer Service awards.

Audi Australia has been recognised as the ‘Top Luxury Brand’ in the 2019 J.D. Power 2019 Customer Service Index.

Concentrating on the needs of each customer as a priority is at the heart of the Audi experience, and that customer-oriented approach has been recognised in the latest J.D. Power Customer Service survey.

Audi has been named the the top luxury brand and second out of all brands surveyed, based on the results of customer responses across the first-half of 2019. 

“This result is testament to the dedicated efforts of our entire company and dealer network,” said Paul Sansom, Managing Director of Audi Australia.
“The J.D. Power survey is a well-respected global barometer of consumer sentiment, and we are delighted to hear that our owners rate their customer experience ahead of our competition.
“As an organisation, we have recentred our efforts on listening to and adapting to the expectations of the contemporary premium customer as a critical part of our strategy.
Now in its 10th year, the J.D. Power Customer Service survey is considered the leading survey and award of its type, with J.D. Power recognised as a global leader in consumer insights. The 2019 Australia Customer Service Index (CSI) Study was based on responses from a cross ection of owners who purchased their vehicle between February 2014 and June 2019 and took their vehicle for service to an authorised dealership service centre between February 2018 and June 2019. The study measured customers’ satisfaction across the quality of the service, the initiation of the service, vehicle pick-up, the service advisor and the service facility itself.

“The market is changing, and so are the goalposts of success for mobility into the future,” Mr Sansom said. 

“We want to ensure we bring our products and services to Australia in a way that keeps Audi ahead of the curve and the kind of recognition we have received in the recent J.D. Power survey echoes our own internal research – confirming we are on the right path.”
