Getting the new year off to a strong start, Audi Australia has announced the introduction of a permanent five-year, unlimited kilometre warranty for all new vehicles delivered from January 1st, 2022.

The five-year, unlimited kilometre warranty is applicable to all new Audi vehicles including the S, RS and e-tron models

While the continued impacts of covid have made for more uncertainties to the start the new year, there is good news for Audi customers with the announcement that all new Audi vehicles delivered from January 1st, will carry a five-year, unlimited warranty.

Applicable to all new Audi vehicles including the S, RS and e-tron models, the five-year unlimited kilometre warranty went into effect at the start of 2022, meaning all new Audis delivered to private Australian customers since January 1st are already aware of the additional peace of mind the move brings.

“We’ve listened to our customers and are proud to make our five-year warranty a permanent feature of the Audi ownership experience,” says Paul Sansom, Director of Audi Australia.

“There are many aspects of Audi ownership that delight our customers, but we understand that the reassurance of a five-year warranty is very highly regarded. We are pleased to provide this valuable peace-of-mind for our customers.”

The extended warranty is in addition to Audi’s 12 year manufacturer warranty for bodywork against corrosion perforation for new vehicles, while Audi Experience customer membership and Audi Roadside Assist are included for all in-warranty customers. In addition, both Audi Experience customer membership and Audi Roadside Assist can be re-activated for another 12 months following each scheduled service performed at an Audi dealership Service Centre.

Audi Australia already makes comprehensive five-year service plans available for customers to purchase across the entire new vehicle range, providing further surety when it comes to vehicle running costs. Servicing takes place every 12 months or 15,000km, whichever comes sooner, according to the Audi Australia servicing schedule.

With a host of exciting new models set for arrival Down Under in 2022, including the new RS 3 models and Audi e-tron S models, there is already plenty to look forward to as 2022 unfolds. The announcement of the five-year, unlimited warranty is the perfect way to kick off the new year, and provides that additional measure of surety and peace of mind for Audi customers.
